This blog is developed with paper ® and a blue ink fountain pen. I do aspire to a laptop and a beautiful wireless network connection but at the moment low-tech is just fine for drafts.
I'm currently employed as a database administrator but, being an ENFP, it's a pays-the-bills affair. After college my first job was with Gateway Computers in technical support. I had studied Advanced Materials at post-graduate level after a degree in Applied Physics. I suppose if you can get your head around quantum mechanics, reinstalling Windows is a walk in the park.
Why Blog? I've just completed a diploma in Public Relations and my writing lecturers, both with editorial careers, both said that I really should be writing. Blogging allows me to write in short snatches and requires me to do it frequently. I like the technology too.
I live in Dublin with my girlfriend, a mini and far too many aviation magazines. I'm an occasional surfer.

Flying, surfing (wet), PR, science and technology, writing, cars, music, cycling...... did I mention flying?
