Tecman Builder

I've finally found a builder's blog for the Tecnam Sierra. Bill's Big Build Project is chronicling his progress building one of the pretty Italian airplanes.  His build and his flying is just like everyone's story, peppered with life's interventions.  The posting is sporadic, entirely understandable,  but I do wish he'd give us better photos.

It had been pretty difficult to find a builder's blog.  The Sierra is primarily a certified VLA. It's available as a kit in the UK (and hopefully here, in Ireland) but since it doesn't seem to be kit-built in the US, there's a shortage of web material about it's construction.  Still now that I've found Bill's one I'll be following it closely to see if a Tecnam might be the plane I finally build.
